These terms apply to everyone using WebcamGirls.Chat. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Anyone under 18 must not use the site.
What the Site Is
WebcamGirls.Chat is a free directory of live cam models who stream on Chaturbate. It shows their public streams and basic profile information, all of it taken from Chaturbate. The site does not produce or host the broadcasts.
What Happens on Chaturbate
WebcamGirls.Chat has no accounts and takes no payments, and nothing can be uploaded to it. Registration, chat, tips, private shows and all payments are provided by Chaturbate and governed by the Chaturbate terms. The sign-up link on model pages leads to Chaturbate's own registration page on chat.webcamgirls.chat, so the account you create there is a Chaturbate account. Questions about an account, a payment or a refund go to Chaturbate.
Models
All models are verified adults. Chaturbate checks the identity and age of every model before they can broadcast. The site lists female models, trans models and couples.
Accuracy of Information
Status, viewer numbers, followers and tags update automatically from Chaturbate and can lag behind. A model shown as online may already have ended the stream.
Using the Site
You may browse the site for personal use. Do not try to break or overload it, and do not copy its texts or design for another site without permission. Automated scraping that slows the site down is not allowed.
Copyright
The texts and design of WebcamGirls.Chat belong to the site. Model names, pictures and streams belong to the models and to Chaturbate. If you believe something on the site uses your material without permission, write through the contact page with the links concerned. Each request is reviewed, and material is removed where the claim is valid.
Links to Other Sites
Links to Chaturbate and other sites lead to services that WebcamGirls.Chat does not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
No Warranty
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or technical reasons, and no liability is accepted for losses caused by downtime or by content that comes from Chaturbate.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
